Shipping & Returns

1. Production & lead times

Estimated production and delivery timelines are communicated during the quotation process and may vary depending on project scope, garment selection, customization requirements and logistics conditions.

Standard lead times are generally estimated at approximately 2–3 weeks after final approval.

2. Shipping

Retrieveee works with external logistics and courier partners for shipments within Europe and internationally where applicable.

Shipping timelines are indicative and may vary depending on destination, customs procedures and carrier operations.

3. Order approvals

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all project details, including artwork, garment selection, quantities, colors and sizes before production begins.

4. Customized products

Most Retrieveee products are customized or produced specifically for individual projects and clients.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, orders are generally not eligible for cancellation, return or refund once production has started.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If products arrive damaged or incorrect, clients should contact hello@retrieveee.com within 7 days of delivery including relevant photos and order information.

Retrieveee will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution where applicable.

6. Sustainability & impact estimates

Any circularity or sustainability calculations communicated by Retrieveee are indicative estimates based on supplier and product information available at the time of calculation.
