2. Quotations

All quotations provided by Retrieveee are non-binding and subject to availability, production capacity and supplier confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Orders & approvals

Orders are considered confirmed once written approval has been received from the client.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, quantities, sizes and production details before production begins.

4. Customized products

Retrieveee specializes in customized and made-to-order apparel projects.

Due to the personalized nature of these products, customized orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return or refund once production has started.

5. Lead times

Estimated lead times are indicative only and may vary depending on project scope, production schedules and logistics conditions.

Retrieveee will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays where applicable.

6. Pricing & payment

Prices are communicated through quotations or invoices and may be subject to VAT where applicable.

Retrieveee reserves the right to request partial or full payment before production or shipment.

7. Sustainability & impact claims

Any sustainability metrics, circularity calculations or impact estimations provided by Retrieveee are indicative estimates based on supplier and product data available at the time of calculation.

8. Intellectual property

Clients confirm that they hold the necessary rights to any logos, artwork or materials supplied for production.

Retrieveee is not responsible for intellectual property infringements resulting from client-provided materials.

9. Liability

Retrieveee’s liability shall be limited to the value of the relevant order or service provided, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
