FOR INVESTORS & PUBLIC FUNDING PARTNERS

Building the visible layer of circular sustainability.

Retrieveee is evolving from circular apparel into a scalable circular activation system: collecting PET bottles at company events, transforming waste into visible products, and helping organisations make sustainability tangible.

THE PROBLEM

Corporate sustainability is still too invisible.

Companies invest in sustainability, but much of it stays hidden in reports, procurement policies and internal slides. Retrieveee turns circularity into something employees, clients and communities can see, wear and participate in.

01

Event PET collection bins

Partner with local recyclers and manufacturers to produce recycled plastic collection bins for PET bottles at company runs, trade fairs, offices and sustainability activations.

02

The Loop cargo bike network

Scale “The Loop” into a fleet of branded cargo bikes used for bottle collection, event presence, city activations and circular storytelling across Rotterdam and beyond.

03

Dutch circular production

Develop a Netherlands-based production pathway: collecting PET, sorting material, working with recycling partners, and gradually moving towards local yarn, fabric and garment production.

04

Continental scale

Build a Europe-wide circular activation enterprise for companies that want sustainability to become visible through events, teams, apparel and measurable participation.

BUSINESS MODEL

From recycled apparel to circular activation infrastructure.

Corporate apparel projects Recycled T-shirts, polos, shorts and vests for events, fairs and teams.
Event activation packages Collection bins, The Loop presence, storytelling, QR traceability and team engagement.
Material partnerships Collaboration with local recyclers, sorters and producers to close the PET loop.
Future licensing model Replicable city-based model for corporate circular activations across Europe.

TECHNICAL ROADMAP

From event collection to recycled textile production.

Retrieveee’s long-term technical ambition is to connect corporate PET collection, local recycling infrastructure and recycled textile production into one visible circular system.

01

Collection

PET bottles collected at company events, runs, trade fairs and office activations through dedicated recycled-plastic bins.

02

Sorting

Collected bottles are separated, cleaned and prepared with local recycling partners to ensure usable PET quality.

03

Flakes

PET is shredded into flakes, washed and processed as the base material for recycled polyester production.

04

Yarn & fabric

The long-term ambition is to connect recycled PET feedstock to yarn, fabric and garment production in the Netherlands or nearby Europe.

05

Garments

Recycled garments are used by companies during events, transforming waste into visible sustainability participation.

MATERIAL SYSTEM

PET waste is not the end of the story.

The technical opportunity is to move beyond buying recycled garments and gradually build a system where collected PET becomes part of a traceable material pathway.

  • Dedicated PET collection at corporate events
  • Local recycler partnerships for sorting and flaking
  • Future testing with recycled polyester yarn suppliers
  • Traceability from collection moment to final garment
  • Scalable model for Rotterdam, then other European cities

TRACEABILITY & DATA

What companies buy should be measurable, not just symbolic.

Material origin

Recording where PET was collected, which event or company activation generated the waste, and how it enters the recycling chain.

Processing partner

Documenting local recycler, sorting and processing partners involved in the material pathway.

Product link

Connecting the final garment or activation package back to the original circular process through QR codes or digital impact pages.

Client reporting

Providing companies with simple, visual reporting: bottles collected, garments produced, participants reached and circular story shared.

PILOT KPIs

What we would measure in the first Rotterdam pilot.

10–20 corporate event pilots
5,000–15,000 PET bottles collected
1,000–3,000 garments activated or delivered
1–2 The Loop cargo bikes in operation
3–5 local circular partners
1 replicable city activation model

5-YEAR VISION

A realistic roadmap from Rotterdam pilot to European circular activation platform.

Year
Focus
Target
Indicative revenue ambition
2027
Rotterdam pilot
10–20 company projects, first PET collection bins, 1–2 Loop bikes
€40k–€90k
2028
Repeatable event model
30–50 projects, local recycler partnerships, impact reporting prototype
€120k–€250k
2029
Benelux expansion
80–120 projects, 5–8 Loop bikes, preferred supplier status with key clients
€350k–€650k
2030
Local production development
Dutch processing partnerships, early local production trials, traceability system
€750k–€1.2m
2031
European platform
Multi-city activation model, 15–25 Loop units, scalable circular event system
€1.5m–€2.5m

These figures are indicative planning assumptions, not financial guarantees. They are based on gradual B2B adoption, repeat event purchasing, and expansion from apparel-only sales into activation packages.

WHY THIS FITS CIRCULAR INNOVATION

Not another apparel brand. A circular participation system.

Reduces dependency on virgin materials by increasing demand for recycled PET-based products.

Creates local circular partnerships between companies, recyclers, event organisers and manufacturers.

Turns waste collection into visible employee and community participation.

Supports Rotterdam’s circular economy ambitions through a scalable, city-based pilot model.

Builds a bridge between recycling infrastructure, corporate procurement and behavioural sustainability.

Let’s build the next layer of visible circularity.

Retrieveee is based in Rotterdam and actively looking to collaborate with investors, municipalities, recyclers, event organisers and corporate sustainability teams.
